How long is the voucher valid?
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The expiry date is stated on the voucher itself. After this period, it can no longer be redeemed or refunded.
Can I use only part of the voucher?
No – if the value of the service is lower than the value of the voucher, the difference is not refunded. The voucher is treated as a deposit and the unused amount is forfeited.
What if the service costs more than my voucher?
You can pay the difference to cover the full value of the service – either by bank transfer or in cash at the studio.
What services can I use the voucher for?
The voucher can be redeemed for any service offered at Leśny Szept: tattoo and piercing, according to the current price list.
Can I get a refund for an unused voucher?
No – the voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, as stated in the terms and conditions.
Do I need to show the voucher during the visit?
Yes – to redeem the voucher, you must present the original document (printed or digital) on the day of your appointment.
What if I lose the voucher?
If the voucher is lost, damaged or unreadable, it will not be accepted and no duplicate will be issued. It is then considered void.
Can I use the voucher with any artist?
Yes – the voucher can be redeemed with any tattoo artist or piercer working at Leśny Szept.
Do I need to accept the studio regulations?
Yes – voucher redemption requires acceptance of the Leśny Szept studio regulations. Otherwise, the voucher cannot be used and the funds are non-refundable.
Can I order a voucher in advance and use it later?
Yes – the voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can order it in advance and gift it at any time during that period.
Can I buy a voucher for a specific service or artist?
No – vouchers are not assigned to specific artists or services. The recipient decides how to use it, in line with the studio’s offer.
Can the voucher be used in parts?
No – the voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction. It cannot be split across multiple services.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
No, the appointment can be booked after purchasing the voucher. The recipient can do this by contacting us through the form or directly with the chosen artist.
Can I use a voucher with a promotion?
No – the voucher cannot be combined with promotions, discounts or special offers run by the studio.
Can I collect the voucher in person?
Yes – when ordering the voucher, you can choose to collect it in person at our studio in Warsaw.

How much does shipping of a paper voucher cost?
Shipping a paper voucher by post costs 10 PLN. You can also choose the free digital version or pick it up in person at our studio in Warsaw.
How long does voucher delivery by post take?
Delivery of a paper voucher by post usually takes 2–3 business days. For special occasions, we recommend choosing the digital version, which arrives instantly after online payment.
Are online payments for vouchers secure?

Can I order a voucher as a gift and have it sent directly to the recipient?
