Voucher Policy

I. Preliminary information

These Terms and Conditions set out the general terms of issue and the rules and manner of using Gift Vouchers.

II. Definitions

1. Gift Voucher – a bearer voucher sold at the Leśny Szept Studio which entitles the Holder to pay for services offered at the Leśny Szept Studio.

2. Purchaser – a natural person purchasing a Gift Voucher at the Leśny Szept Studio.

3. Holder – a person redeeming a Gift Voucher.

4. Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions.

6. Leśny Szept – a tattoo and piercing studio where Services and Gift Vouchers are offered for sale. The Studio is located at 23/46 Bracka Street in Warsaw.

7. Service – a tattoo or piercing service performed at the Leśny Szept Studio.

8. Issuer – Leśny Szept Tattoo & Piercing sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000987892.

III. General terms

1. The Issuer offers Gift Vouchers of a selected value starting from PLN 100 for purchase at the Leśny Szept Studio (prices include VAT). The Purchaser pays the corresponding nominal value for each Gift Voucher.

3. The Purchaser undertakes to provide the Issuer with funds equal to the nominal value of the Gift Voucher.

4. The Issuer undertakes to provide the Purchaser with the Gift Voucher and to accept payments made with the Gift Voucher for Services purchased by the Holder.

5. A Gift Voucher may only be used to purchase Services at the Leśny Szept Studio.

6. A Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for money, in whole or in part, and is non-refundable.

7. A Gift Voucher is valid for one year from the date of sale shown on the Gift Voucher document. Failure to use the Gift Voucher within the period indicated on it results in the Gift Voucher expiring and does not entitle the Holder to make any claims against the Issuer in this respect.

8. The issue of a Gift Voucher does not constitute a sale subject to value-added tax (VAT) within the meaning of the applicable tax regulations. A sales document is issued when the Service is purchased.

9. A Gift Voucher may be used to pay for a Service performed by any person working at the Leśny Szept Studio.

10. A Gift Voucher is issued to a named person and states the Holder's full name.

IV. Redeeming a Gift Voucher

1. The Holder has the right to redeem the Gift Voucher under the following rules:

a. A Gift Voucher is a form of payment for Services performed at the Leśny Szept Studio.

b. Payment for Services requires the original Gift Voucher to be presented on the day the Service is performed.

c. The Holder may use the amount stated on the Gift Voucher for Services available from the Leśny Szept Studio, as listed at https://lesnyszept.com/en/piercing/pricing.

d. If the purchased Service costs less than the value of the Gift Voucher, the Holder is not entitled to a refund of the remaining unused amount.

e. If the purchased Service costs more than the value of the Gift Voucher, the Holder must pay the difference.

f. A Gift Voucher has an expiry date, after which it becomes invalid. The expiry date cannot be changed. An expired Gift Voucher cannot be used to make payments.

g. The Issuer is not liable if the Purchaser or Holder loses or damages the Gift Voucher. No duplicates will be issued in such cases.

h. The Issuer reserves the right to refuse payment with a Gift Voucher which is illegible, damaged or otherwise raises doubts as to its authenticity. In such a case, the Gift Voucher is considered invalid and no replacement Gift Voucher will be issued.

i. A Gift Voucher is treated as a deposit and is subject to the Leśny Szept Studio Regulations.

j. The Holder may use a Gift Voucher only after accepting the Leśny Szept Studio Regulations. If the Holder does not accept the Studio Regulations, they are not entitled to a refund of the unused amount.

V. Final provisions

1. The Purchaser is required to inform the Holder about the rules for redeeming the Gift Voucher and to provide the Holder with the Leśny Szept Studio Regulations.

2. The Purchaser's purchase of a Gift Voucher and the Holder's presentation of it for redemption constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Purchaser and the Holder.

3. These Terms and Conditions are available at the Leśny Szept Studio.

4. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the Polish Civil Code and other applicable laws.

5. Any disputes arising from the application of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the common court having jurisdiction over the Issuer's registered office.

6. The Issuer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect on the date they are introduced after the amended Terms and Conditions have been made available for inspection at the Leśny Szept Studio and apply to Gift Vouchers purchased after the amendments take effect.
